June 2017 – 2bind GmbH today announces the appointment of Dr. Maximilian Plach as its Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Plach holds a summa cum laude PhD in Biophysics and Physical Biochemistry and will lead the operational side of 2bind’s corporate and strategic relaunch towards a leading Contract Research Organization with a clear focus on providing highest quality biophysics assays and services for its clients and customers from Pharma, Biotech, and Academia working in drug discovery and development. Dr. Plach’s expertise will be instrumental in setting up and consolidating 2bind’s scientific and operational capabilities for providing the best-in-class research services in biophysics. His focus aligns with 2bind’s vision to make biophysical tools, technologies, and assays readily available for the identification and development of novel therapeutic candidates.
