2bind GmbH Appoints Dr. Maximilian Plach as CSO to Drive Biophysics in Drug Discovery
June 2017 – 2bind GmbH today announces the appointment of Dr. Maximilian Plach as its Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Plach, with a PhD in Biophysics and Physical Biochemistry from the University of Regensburg, will lead 2bind’s operational shift towards utilizing biophysics for early drug discovery. Dr. Plach’s expertise will be instrumental in setting up and consolidating 2bind’s scientific and operational capabilities for providing the best-in-class research services in biophysics. His focus aligns with 2bind’s vision to make biophysical tools, technologies, and assays readily available for the identification and development of novel therapeutic candidates.
